Closed Home Sales Increase March over March by 16%

Broad based real estate recovery occurred in nearly every market for single family and condo sales comparing March 09 to March 10. The midwest saw an increase in sales of 7.2% over last month. Overall the prices have stabilized the first quarter of this year.
